Privacy Policy

TalkForMe does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. It is a communication-aid app that helps bedridden or non-verbal users express their needs, and everything runs entirely on your device.

What we do not collect

• No account, no registration, no sign-in.
• Everything you enter (phrases, the caregiver's name, settings) is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded to any server — we have no servers.
• No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no third-party SDKs.
• Speech is produced by your device's built-in system text-to-speech; the text never leaves the device.

Purchases (tips)

The in-app "tip jar" is handled by Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is processed entirely by Apple; we never see or receive your payment information or any personal data.

Backups

If you choose to use the "Export backup" feature, the backup file is shared via the system share sheet to a destination you choose (e.g. the Files app, AirDrop). The process is entirely under your control and we never receive the file.

Children's privacy

This app is suitable for all ages (rated 4+). Because we collect no data from anyone — including children — no children's personal information is processed.
